Store Policies

Hello! Down below we have listed some of our store policies to make your shopping experience easier and to help answer our frequently asked questions. Thank you again for choosing Cositas San Antonio!


1. No Refunds- Due to the time and effort it takes to create your custom order we do not offer any refunds. 

2. Deposit- All orders under $100 must be paid in full and orders over $100 require a 50% deposit. 

3. Time Needed- All orders need to be placed with a minimum of ONE MONTH in advance.

4. Rush Orders- If you need a last minute order you are subject to a surcharge. 

5. Delivery and Set-up - If you need delivery and set up on the day of your event there is a $50 charge (inside city limits). This includes delivery and if needed pick-up of your set up. 

6. Shipping- If you are not located in San Antonio, Texas or it's surrounding areas we are able to ship you items within the United States. Shipping is available for purchase under the products tab. Shipping does take 3-5 business days therefore plan accordingly.
